ON-THE-FARM DESIGN WORKSHOPS

Nestled in the heart of the White Mountains our farm boasts scenic views, abundant blooms, and a pristine landscape. Throughout the summer months our gardens are bountiful with seasonal flowers used for bouquets and event design. Our blossoms are sustainably grown from seed, harvested, and brought straight from the fields into our design studio.

Each workshop will take place in our field barn surrounded by our gardens where you can gather inspiration from rows of overflowing blooms while you make your design. Each participant to have a dazzling display of precut flowers to use.

We offer several unique, hands-on learning opportunities for flowers lovers. If learning in an open and relaxed environment, expanding your knowledge and creativity, master the fundamentals of floral design, or to just have fun—these workshops are for you. They also make a great gift for a flower lover!

LEARN ABOUT OUR WORKSHOPS

SEED TO CENTERPIECE FUNDEMENTALS

Created for all levels of flower lovers—from home gardener, farmer, to hobbyist—we invite you to stretch your knowledge and creativity during these in-depth workshops. If you are looking for an artistic experience in our beautiful field barn, walk rows and rows of flowers, enjoy the company of like-minded students, and snip your very own sustainably grown blooms for your take home design—then these workshops are for you!

Each workshop includes an in-depth tour of our farm where we discuss our crop choices and day to day operations. While our farm stand is open to the public, our gardens are not, so this provides participants a private tour of our farm. Q&A regarding our operation will be open as we walk through our gardens. You will have the opportunity to snip your own blossoms as well as learn tricks to cutting and our post-harvest procedures. After the tour, you will be greeted with pre-cut flower bar, and your design stations set with all the tools you need to compose your creation. Vanessa will demonstrate a garden inspired composition and then set you to create your own. We will provide support, tips, and tricks to make your arrangement unique and beautiful!

Workshops include: farm tour, take home resource packet, take home arrangement and ceramic vase, clippers, notebook, lunch, and beverages.

Costs range depending on season and style of workshop. Workshops last about 4 hours and limited to 10 participants.
